71 year old Caucasian male with complaint of a tender, red and swollen area on his left cheek. Patient has a history of skin cancer. He was initially given an antibiotic which resolved the redness but patient still persisted with a firm mass. Biopsy was positive for Invasive Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
