Dr. Lawrence Chang, Double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Serving Delaware for Over 30 Years

At Advanced Plastic Surgery Center in Newark, DE, Dr. Lawrence Chang brings more than 30 years of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery experience to patients from Newark, Wilmington, Hockessin, Rehoboth Beach, Philadelphia, and the surrounding region. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Dr. Chang completed his general surgery residency at the University of Rochester and his plastic surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he served as chief resident.

He further advanced his training through a craniofacial and microvascular surgery fellowship at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma and had additional hand surgery training at Union Memorial Hospital. With decades of experience, extensive surgical training, and a commitment to personalized care, Dr. Chang focuses on achieving natural-looking results tailored to each patient's anatomy and goals.

Advanced Plastic Surgery Center / Nouveau is pleased to announce that Dr. Diana Kim, a board-certified ophthalmologist with specialized fellowship training in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery, will be joining our practice in late April 2027.

Dr. Kim is dedicated to providing advanced, patient centered care, with expertise in functional and cosmetic oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her specialized training allows her to address both the functional and aesthetic concerns of the delicate structures surrounding the eyes and face, with a focus on individualized treatment and natural looking results.

Dr. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her internship at JeƯerson Abington Hospital, followed by her ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2022.

At Advanced Plastic Surgery Center / Nouveau, Dr. Kim will oƯer specialized oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery services, including cosmetic procedures designed to enhance the appearance of the eyes and surrounding facial structures.
