This is a 64-year-old female with history of right breast cancer; she had undergone a previous lumpectomy with axillary dissection and radiation therapy. The patient is now cancer-free. She had asymmetry with right breast ptosis as well as an enlarged left breast. She benefited from right breast reconstruction and mastopexy as well as a reduction to the left breast for symmetry.
