Breast Augmentation with Lift Photos - Case #2318

Patient Case #2318

This is a 48-year-old female with complaints of hypomastia or small breast as well as slight asymmetry with mild left breast ptosis. She desired fuller breast as well as a correction to her slight asymmetry. To reach her desired look smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants were used. The non-ptotic and slightly smaller breast on the right received an implant filled to 420 cc and was placed through a periareolar incision at the 3-6 o’clock position. The left breast, which was slightly larger with slightly more ptosis received an implant filled to 360 cc and was placed through a concentric incision to also lift the breast. Both implants were placed submuscular. She was very happy with her natural results and little discomfort post surgery.
