This is a 52-year-old female with complaints about her abdomen. After having a child she was unable to get completely back into shape. She was still faced with excess fat and skin that she could not do anything about on her own. She chose to have an abdominoplasty and liposuction. During the procedure her excess skin was removed, muscles were repaired, and liposuction was done to her abdomen, flanks, hips, and thighs. She also coordinated liposuction of her neck that was always bothersome to her and something she said is hereditary. These procedures gave her an overall better shape that she was excited to finally have back.
