This is a 29-year-old female who was unhappy with her breasts and abdomen. To address her breasts a breast augmentation was done. Silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision. Due to a slight asymmetry a 400 cc implant was placed in the left breast and a 425 cc implant on the right. Following her breast augmentation a mini abdominoplasty and liposuction was done to remove the excess skin and fat on her abdomen.
