This is a 34-year-old female who presents issues with her breast and abdomen post children. In regards to her breast she feels that in a bra she likes the shape and size but out of a bra the nipple/areola is too low and the lower breasts simply to loose and saggy. A breast lift was done to improve her nipple placement as well as lift and tighten the breasts, giving her the natural look she was after. In addition her abdomen endured significant damage from her pregnancies. She was able to get in fairly good shape but still was experiencing a small bulge. The abdominoplasty was done to address both the issue of loose skin and muscle damage. Combining both the breasts and abdomen completed her hard work of getting back into shape.
