This is a 27-year-old female with a history of nasal fracture with a persistent nasal airway obstruction. Her airway obstruction is greater on the left than the right. She also has complaints of a nasal deformity, crooked nose, and traumatic nasal hump deformity with widened bridge from the trauma itself. A Septorhinoplasty was done to improve her breathing and the look of her nose.
