This is a 34-year-old female with complaints of breast ptosis and excess fat of her inner thighs and flanks. She initially had gone back and forth between a small augmentation mastopexy and mastopexy alone. She chose mastopexy alone stating she is satisfied with her current bra and breast size and she just wanted them to be lifted. She also coordinated her mastopexy with some liposuction. She was at a good weight for herself but had a few trouble areas which made her a great candidate for liposuction. She was very happy with the liposuction to her thighs and flanks because those were areas she had worked on and was never able to achieve the results she was looking for.
