This is a 27-year-old female who was unhappy with her breasts. At 5’3” and 90 pounds Silicone Gel implants were used and recommended for the patient. This would give her a more natural feel and less of a chance for rippling to show through. The 275 cc silicone implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.
