This is a 43-year-old female who after having three pregnancies, one of those being twins desired improvements to her body. To achieve her desired results an abdominoplasty with liposuction and breast augmentation with lift is needed. The patient underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction to abdomen, bilateral flanks, hips, back, upper lateral breasts, inner thigh region, and suprapubic area. She also opted for a breast lift with implant to achieve the fullness she had lost. Due to the asymmetry of the breast the Saline implants were filled to different amounts. The right breast was filled to 225 cc and the left breast to 150 cc. Both implants were placed submuscular through her mastopexy incisions.
