-    6 months no interest

-   24 & 36 months extended pay (14.9%)

 Please note:

     Advanced Plastic Surgery Center requires payment in full 3 weeks prior to your surgery date. Personal checks will not be accepted if payment is received late.  We reserve the right to retain a $500 fee if you cancel surgery without two weeks advance notice. All medications, labs, and modifications to your surgery may be an additional expense.

     Original fees are given based on the use of a Christiana Care Facility, unless otherwise specified and may differ if scheduled at a facility other than Christiana Care. Original quote includes: doctor’s fee, operating room fee, anesthesia fee, pre-op appointments, post-op appointments, CosmetAssure & if applicable 23 hour stay, implants, & garments.
