What filler is right for you?

There are lots of choices to today for fillers including Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm and many others.   Recently, Johnson and Johnson announed they were taking their collagen based filler, Evolence, off of the market after only one year.  We are dedicated to using fillers that provide safe, effective and reliable results and that's why we use Restylane and Perlane which have been on the market for years.  What's the difference in Restylane and Perlane?  They are made of the same substance but Restylane is used for lines and wrinkles and Perlane is used for folds.  Simply said, Perlane has a larger molecule size.  Our main focus at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center and Nouveau Medispa is to assess your concerns and see what is right for you -- facial surgery, peels, fat transfer or maybe fillers.  They all have their own applications and are used for different purposes.  We have three board certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Lawrence Chang, Dr. Joseph Thornton and Dr. Kyo Kim who treat in Delaware and Maryland as well as two medispa locations in Newark and Hockessin who can assess your needs and decide what is right for you.
